Welcome to Suya(the “Platform”). The Platform is provided and controlled by Suya Team. (“Suya”, “we” or “us”). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy covers the experience we provide for users age 18 and over on our Platform.

The Privacy Policy was written in English (US). To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

Our Policy applies to your use of the Suya. We suggest you read it in conjunction with our Terms and Service (the “Terms”). When you access or use Suya, you agree to our Privacy Policy and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal data as we've set out in this Policy.

By installing, using, registering to or otherwise accessing the services, you agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

1. What data do we collect

We collect data when you create an account and use the Platform. We also collect technical and behavioral data about your use of the Platform. We also collect data contained in the messages you send through our Platform. More data about the categories and sources of data is provided below.

a. Data you agree to provide

By visiting and interacting with Suya, its App and/or its Service, you provide us with Personal Information which may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Registration data, such as age, username and password, language, and email or phone number
• Profile data, such as name and profile image
• User-generated content, including comments, photographs, and virtual item videos that you choose to upload or broadcast on the Platform (“User Content”)
• Payment data, such as PayPal or other third-party payment data (where required for the purpose of payment)
• Your opt-in choices and communication preferences
• Data to verify an account 
• Data in correspondence you send to us
• For safety and security and to ensure you have the best possible user experience, we require users to verify their accounts (because we want to make sure you are not a robot!) and might ask for your phone number. Don’t worry! This is only to make sure you are real and breathing! We won't use your phone number for marketing purposes.

b. Data We Get When You Use Our Services

When you use our services, we collect information about which of those services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. We might know, for instance, that you used one of the filter in app and the number of times you have used this filter. Here’s a fuller explanation of the types of information we collect when you use our services:

• Usage Information. We collect information about your activity through our services. How you interact with the services, such as which filters you view or the number of times apply to discover. How you communicate with other Suya users.
• Device Information. We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, advertising identifier, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, wireless network, none direct display of content moderation, and mobile network information (including the mobile phone number).
• User content e.g. photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials that you create on the service may also be collected. Your photos and videos may be captured by other users on the service, and those content can be stored and used by us or third party services (e.g. Facebook) for content moderation and community safety monitoring purposes. You can change third party sharing options in our product settings or writing to us directly.
• Location Information. When you use our services we may collect information about your location. With your consent, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses.
• Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. 

c. Data We Collect from Other Sauces

• Social Media. if you choose to link or sign up using your social network (such as Facebook or Google), we may collect information from these social media services, including your contact lists for these services and information relating to your use of the Platform in relation to these services,if you authorize and consent us to do so.
• Third-Party Services. We may collect information about you from third-party services, such as advertising partners, payment partners and analytics providers.However, please note that this Policy does not and will not extend, which shall be subject to the respective third-party's privacy policies.

2. How do we use your Data Information

We will use your data to fulfill and enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use , to improve our Platform and customize your ad experience, we may use your data that we received to:

• help you efficiently access your data after you sign in;
• remember data so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service;
• provide personalized content and data to you and others, which could include customized content, online ads or other forms of marketing;
• provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service;

• ensure that you are old enough to use the Platform (as required by law); 
• We may use material that you post on the open access areas of Mika in advertising and promotional materials on our partner sites and partner products; 
• For network and data security.
• If you contact our Customer Support team. We will receive your email address, and may track your IP address as well as the data you send to us to help resolve your query. We will keep records of our communications with you, including any complaints that we receive from you about other users (and from other users about you).
• combine all the data we collect or receive about you for any of the foregoing purposes.
• for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your data or pursuant to your consent.

3. How We Share Your Data Information

a. Service Providers and Business Partners

In cases where you use the services of our business partner or services provided by service providers,we may share the categories of personal information listed above with service providers and business partners to help us perform business operations and for business purposes, including research, payment processing and transaction fulfillment, database maintenance, administering contests and special offers, technology services, deliveries, email deployment, advertising, analytics, measurement, data storage and hosting, disaster recovery, search engine optimization, marketing, and data processing.

In particular, in relation to targeted advertising, we use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you use our app. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

b. Within Our Corporate Group

We may share your information with a parent, subsidiary, or other affiliate of our corporate group for better service.We will take measures to have our group companies with which the personal information is shared comply with this Policy.

c. Succession of business

If there is any transaction between companies pertaining to our business to which this Policy is applicable, such as acquisition, merger or change of business entity, personal information may also be transferred to the successor of the business to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

d. For Legal Reasons

Suya also wishes to maintain a healthy community, and we will cooperate with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights.

We may disclose your information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims, or government inquiries, and to protect and defend the rights, interests, safety, and security of Suya, the Platform, our affiliates, users, or the public. We may also share your information to enforce any terms applicable to the Platform, to exercise or defend any legal claims, and comply with any applicable law in our discretion.

e. With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes pursuant to your consent or with your further direction.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Suya is a global social app operating through servers located in a number of countries around the world, including the United States.In providing our services, we may store your personal information outside the country or region where you reside. When that happens, we will take measures to ensure your personal information is processing and storage according to the applicable laws.

5. How we protect Your Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Rights

You can access, modify or delete information provided to us through your account and the services/features provided by the app. Your actions are updated in real time to protect your privacy.

1.  Access and Updates

We strive to let you access and control the personal information that we have about you. There are limits though to the requests we’ll accommodate. We may reject a request for a number of reasons, including, for example, that the request risks the privacy of other users or is unlawful. You can access and update your account information right in the app by visiting the app’s Settings page. If you need to access, update, or delete any other personal information that we may have, you can put in a request here. Because your privacy is important to us, we may ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before we let you access or update your personal information. You can also remove our service from your mobile device or process account deletion.

2. Revoking Permissions

If you change your mind about our ongoing ability to collect information from certain sources that you have already consented to, such as your phonebook, camera, photos, or location services, you can simply revoke your consent by changing the settings on your device if your device offers those options. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.

3. Erasure

You have the right to ask for your personal information to be deleted in certain circumstances. Please note that your right to erasure may be limited if the data are necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

4.  Restriction on Processing

You have the right to object to and ask for restrictions on the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

5. Objection

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal information.

How to delete your information

If you decide not to use this software or permanently delete all content you upload/publish/generate, you can permanently cancel your account through the account cancellation function provided by this software, and all content generated by the account and related data (your real name, avatar, nickname, photo album, moment pictures, signature, email, IP address, access records, chat records, login information and other related data) will be deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Here's how you can delete your data or permanently delete your account and everything generated by that account.

If you want to delete an uploaded/published content, you can click the "Delete" button to completely delete the content.

Children

You represent and warrant that you have the right capacity and legal capacity required for using Suya. The Platform otherwise is not directed at children under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal information has been collected on the Platform from a person under the age of 18 we will delete this information and terminate the person's account. If you believe that we have collected information from a child under the age of 18 on the Platform, please contact us at chiwshiting88@gmail.com. We will deactivate the relevant Account(s) and will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such Personal Data from our records.

Update of the Privacy Policy

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. But when we do, we'll let you know one way or another. Sometimes, we'll let you know by revising the date at the top of the privacy policy that's available on our website and mobile application. Other times, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our websites' homepages or providing you with an in-app notification).
